I know preparing for your shoot can seem like a super daunting task, but my job is to make your session as painless as possible! Here are some of the most common FAQ’s:

Golden hour (about an hour before sunset) is hands-down my favorite time of day for outdoor sessions! The light is just so dreamy and flattering at that hour. For indoor sessions, late morning to mid-daylight is usually the best to help brighten up those dark spots in your house!
When is the best time of day to shoot?
I’m a mom, I get it, things happen, and usually at the most inconvenient time. Murphy’s law your kid will inevitably get a stomach bug the morning of your shoot or you’ll have a family emergency that needs to take priority. Life happens. Your session includes a retainer when you reserve your date that can be applied to any future date as needed (with the exception of mini sessions). If something comes up, just let me know as soon as possible so we can get it figured out!
Also, if you've been around Colorado for any length of time, you know the weather here can change at the drop of a hat! I will keep a close eye on the weather the days and hours leading up to our session, and will let you know ASAP if I think we need to reschedule our time or date due to Mother Nature!
What if I have to reschedule?
You will receive a proofing gallery within 14 days of your session. These images have a light edit to help you select your faves, which will be fully retouched and hand-edited. After finalizing your choices, your final gallery will be delivered to you within 4 weeks. All images are delivered electronically via a personal online gallery which allows for a high-resolution download of your images. You are also able to order prints and products directly from your gallery - these come from my favorite professional printing lab and make it so easy to get your keepsakes quickly at your fingertips!
When will I get my pictures? How will they be delivered?
Yes! There are so many beautiful spots around Colorado!! Travel within 30 miles of 80108 is included in your session, any additional miles will be reflected on your invoice.
